Leadzai June 2026 Product Release Roundup

This June, we've focused on expanding creative formats, deepening platform integrations, and making campaign management smarter across the board.

The latest release brings video ad support for PMax campaigns, a new Duda plugin for frictionless tracking installation, Google Business Profile automatic sync, and improvements to how ad copy is generated — including the use of your clients' own website content for more personalised, locally relevant ads. Rounding it out are a reporting improvement for Meta placement data and a set of small UX improvements that streamline everyday workflows.

List of new features and brief summary:

  1. Video Ads for PMax Campaigns — Link existing YouTube videos to your Google PMax Asset Groups and reach audiences across YouTube, Discover, and the Display Network. Up to 15 videos per Asset Group, with support for horizontal, square, and vertical formats.
  2. Plugin for Duda Websites — Install Leadzai's tracking solution on Duda-powered websites via the Duda App Store. The tracking script is injected automatically — no manual code placement needed.
  3. Google Business Profile: Automatic Sync — Leadzai now automatically checks for new Google Business Profile locations added to a partner's portfolio and attempts to link them to eligible campaigns — once per week, with no manual action required.
  4. AI Content Generation Improvements — Two updates to how AdPools and ad copy are generated: a new AdPool suggestion structure (1 generic + 2 specific) powered by WebsiteReport technology, and ad copy that now draws on direct citations from the client's own website for more relevant, locally aligned content.
  5. UX & Workflow Improvements
    1. Ads & Keywords: AdPool headers now display the status of their ads (running, paused, issues) at a glance, without needing to expand each AdPool.
    2. Pulse Check: All tables now include an Ad Status column and the campaign state is displayed beneath the campaign name.

Product Release Notes - June 2026

01. Video Ads for PMax Campaigns

Available: June 18, 2026  |  Campaign Level — Ad Management

1. What is this and who is it for?

You can now run video ads in your Google PMax campaigns directly through the Leadzai platform. Designed for campaign managers, this feature unlocks a new ad format that reaches audiences across YouTube, Discover, and the Display Network — using video content your clients have already published on YouTube.

2. What changed, where will users see it, and how does it work?

During campaign creation or editing, a new video section allows you to link existing YouTube content by pasting a YouTube URL or Video ID. The platform validates each video automatically, checking that it is Public or Unlisted, has embedding enabled, is at least 10 seconds long, and follows a supported aspect ratio: horizontal (16:9), square (1:1), or vertical (9:16). Videos that are private or have embedding disabled will be rejected.

Up to 15 videos can be linked per PMax Asset Group. Duplicate URLs are not permitted.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

This is a new capability that can be applied to both new and existing PMax Asset Groups. You maintain full control over the video content through the YouTube channel itself — just ensure linked videos keep their Public or Unlisted status and have embedding enabled so your ads continue to run without interruption.

4. How do users get access, and where is it available?

Available from June 18, 2026 in the ads management view. The feature appears automatically for all user roles with campaign edit permissions.

02. Plugin for Duda Websites

Available: June 22, 2026  |  Platform — Tracking Installation

1. What is this and who is it for?

This update is for partners and advertisers whose websites are built on the Duda platform. It simplifies the installation of Leadzai's conversion tracking solution by making it available as a native Duda app or via API — removing the need to manually add tracking scripts to the website.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

Leadzai's tracking plugin is now available through the Duda App Store or via API. Once installed on a Duda site, the plugin automatically injects Leadzai's conversion tracking script sitewide. No manual code placement or further configuration is required.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

No impact on existing campaigns or tracking setups outside of Duda. For advertisers currently on Duda, the app provides a simpler and more maintainable alternative.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from June 22, 2026. The plugin can be installed directly from the Duda App Store or via API. No Leadzai platform-level activation is required.

03. Google Business Profile: Automatic Sync

Available: June 30, 2026  |  Campaign Level — Location Extension Management

1. What is this and who is it for?

This update is for partners who have a Google Business Profile portfolio connected to Leadzai. Previously, when a new GBP location was added to a partner's portfolio, it had to be linked to campaigns manually. This is a common friction point — particularly when partners don't yet have GBP access at the time a campaign is created. This update introduces automatic, periodic syncing so that new GBP locations are discovered and matched to eligible campaigns without manual action.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

Leadzai now runs a weekly sync — scheduled during low-traffic hours — to check for new GBP locations added to connected partner portfolios. When a new location is found, it is automatically matched against eligible campaigns: those that have been active within the last 60 days and are not cancelled. The sync applies to all partners with a GBP portfolio configured in Leadzai. Each advertiser will be retried up to 3 times if the initial sync is unsuccessful.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

No impact on currently linked GBP locations or running campaigns. The sync only acts on newly added GBP locations not yet connected. Campaigns that are cancelled or have been inactive for more than 60 days are excluded.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from June 30, 2026. The sync runs automatically for all partners with a GBP portfolio configured. No manual action or platform-level activation is required. To set up GBP portfolio access for the first time, contact your Partner Manager.

04. AI Content Generation Improvements

Available: June 15, 2026  |  Campaign Level — Ad Groups & Keywords

1. What is this and who is it for?

Two connected improvements to how Leadzai generates ad content — affecting both AdPool suggestions and ad copy generation for Google Search and Meta campaigns. Together, they make generated content more relevant, more personalized, and better aligned with each advertiser's business and location.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

AdPool Suggestion Structure

The AdPool suggester now uses WebsiteReport technology to analyse the advertiser's website, and has been updated to return a clearer, more structured set of suggestions: 1 generic AdPool (based on the website's overall vertical) + 2 specific AdPools (based on the advertiser's specific products or services). This replaces the previous suggestion structure and gives teams a more actionable starting point during campaign setup.

Note: Because this update changes the underlying content generation method, previously cached content cannot be reused. A slight and temporary increase in AdPool auto-generation time may be experienced immediately after the deployment. This is expected to normalise quickly.

Website Citations for Ad Copy

Ad copy generation for Google Search and Meta now incorporates direct citations from the advertiser's website text. This means generated headlines, descriptions, and ad copy better capture the tone, phrasing, and vocabulary of the business — and are more aligned with the local language and context of the targeted area.

The process is fully automatic — no additional steps are required during campaign creation.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

No impact on live campaigns or existing AdPools. Both improvements apply only to newly generated content during campaign creation or when content is regenerated. Previously generated AdPools and ad copy are not modified.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from June 15, 2026 in the campaign creation flow and via REST API endpoints for campaign content generation. No activation required.

05. UX & Workflow Improvements

Available: June 30, 2026  |  Campaign Level — Ads & Keywords / Pulse Check

1. What is this and who is it for?

Two small interface updates for campaign managers and account teams, making it faster to assess ad status at a glance

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

Ads & Keywords — AdPool Status in Header

AdPool headers now display the status of the ads within that AdPool — showing counts of running ads, paused ads, and ads with issues — without needing to expand each one individually.

Pulse Check — Ad Status Column & Campaign State

All tables in the Pulse Check view now include a dedicated Ad Status column, and the campaign state is shown directly beneath the campaign name.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

No impact on campaign delivery or settings. All changes are interface-level only.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from June 30, 2026 for all user roles. No activation required.
