Leadzai: October 2026 Product Feature Release

This October, Leadzai expands its reach with new markets and languages, while making lead generation, campaign management and platform performance even more efficient.

This month, we introduced Meta Instant Forms directly into the platform, allowing advertisers to capture leads without users leaving Facebook or Instagram. We also added support for the Norwegian and Danish markets, enabling campaigns to run in both languages and local currencies. For API partners, a new endpoint makes it possible to manage campaign categories and markups directly from their own systems. Alongside these major updates, we improved loading speeds across key campaign screens, extended TikTok campaign reach to new countries such as Argentina and Panama, and introduced an internal tool to improve content generation quality at scale.

List of new features and brief summary:

  1. Meta Instant Forms - Forms can now be created in Leadzai at the ad group level, letting advertisers capture leads directly on Facebook and Instagram. When someone taps the ad, the form opens so they can share their contact information without ever leaving Facebook or Instagram
  2. Norwegian and Danish Support - The platform is now available in Norwegian and Danish, so campaigns can run in both markets, in local currency, across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta. Automatic generation of ad content in Norwegian and Danish is still in development and will follow in a future release
  3. Campaign Categories in the REST API - Partners using our API can now view and update campaign categories through a new endpoint. Since the category determines the markup applied to a campaign, this can now be managed directly from their own systems
  4. Behind the Scenes: Speed and Reach - Smaller improvements across the platform:
    1. Faster campaign screens
    2. New TikTok countries, including Argentina and Panama
    3. Faster language and content quality testing

Product Release Notes - October 2026

‍
‍

01.  Meta Instant Forms

Available: October 30, 2026  |  Ad Group Level — Network Integration

1. What is this and who is it for?
‍

This update is for campaign managers running lead generation campaigns on Meta.

‍

Instant Forms let people share their details directly within Facebook and Instagram, using forms pre-filled with their profile information, so there’s no landing page to load and no reason to leave the app. Until now, Instant Forms were set up by our operations team and added to campaigns through a reverse sync. They are now integrated into the platform, so they can be created directly in Leadzai at the ad group level.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?
‍

Create forms in Leadzai

Instant Forms can now be created directly in the platform, at the ad group level. To create one, you need a linked Facebook page and at least one Meta ad. A new Create Form option opens the form editor, with a live preview and quick navigation between sections. If a form already exists, the option shows View form instead. Editing forms after they are created is not part of this first release.

‍

This first version uses a predefined form with four questions: “How can we help you?”, full name, email and phone number. Every form includes a privacy policy link and a thank-you screen, as Meta requires.

‍

Form

‍

Meta Lead Ads Terms of Service

To run Instant Forms, the Facebook page has to accept Meta’s Lead Ads Terms of Service. This is a Meta requirement. The platform checks it before publishing, and if the terms haven’t been accepted, the form shows a link to Meta’s terms page so users can accept them there.

‍

Leads in reporting

Leads submitted through Instant Forms appear as leads in the campaign Summary report and in its downloadable version.

‍

What’s next

This is the first version, and we plan to build on it soon. The next step is an introduction screen shown before the form questions. It gives people context and a bit more commitment before they submit, resulting in more qualified leads. The ability to edit forms will follow later.

‍
‍

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?
‍

No impact on existing campaigns or settings. Instant Forms are optional and only apply to the Meta ad groups where a form is created.

‍
‍

4. How do users get access and where is it available?
‍

Available from October 31, 2026 at the ad group level, for all user roles with campaign edit permissions. A linked Facebook page, at least one Meta ad and accepted Meta Lead Ads Terms of Service are required. No activation required.

‍

02. Norwegian and Danish Support

Available: October 31, 2026  |  Platform — Languages & Markets

1. What is this and who is it for?
‍

This update is for partners and teams running campaigns in Norway and Denmark.

‍

Leadzai is now available in Norwegian and Danish, opening the platform to two new markets. Users can work in their own language, and campaigns can be set up for both markets across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta and TikTok. Automatic generation of ad content in Norwegian and Danish is still in development and will follow in a future release.

2. What changed, where will users see it, and how does it work?
‍

The full Leadzai interface is now available in Norwegian and Danish, and either language can be set for each user. Campaigns can be set up for Norway and Denmark across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta, running in Norwegian krone (NOK) or Danish krone (DKK). Automatic generation of ad content in Norwegian and Danish is still in development and will follow in a future release.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?
‍

No impact on existing campaigns or settings. All other languages and currencies work as before.

4. How do users get access, and where is it available?
‍

Available from October 31, 2026 for all user roles. No activation required.

‍

‍

03. Campaign Categories in the REST API

Available: October 19, 2026  |  REST API

1. What is this and who is it for?
‍

This update is for partners who manage campaigns through the Leadzai REST API.

Campaign categories, and with them the markups applied to campaigns, can now be viewed and managed through the API, so campaigns created or edited through an integration carry the right category from the start.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?
‍

Through a new endpoint, partners can now see the campaign categories available to their team, including the team’s default, and set or change the category of a campaign when creating or editing it. Campaigns created without a category use the team’s default. Since the category determines the markup applied to a campaign, partners can now manage this directly from their own systems.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?
‍

No impact on existing campaigns or integrations. Existing API requests keep working as before.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?
‍

Available from October 19, 2026 through the REST API. Full details are available in the REST API documentation. If you need any help, feel free to contact us.
