Product Release Notes - March 2026

All features available from April 1, 2026

1. Enhanced Activity History Logs

Available: March 30, 2026  |  Campaign Level Reporting

1. What is this and who is it for?

Campaign-level reporting now includes a more comprehensive history log, capturing keyword changes at the campaign level. Partner service teams can quickly identify whether keyword, campaign location target or ad modifications were made on their end or by Leadzai — making it easier to track changes and stay aligned.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

The history log now captures a broader set of campaign changes beyond table updates, label modifications, and budget adjustments (including CPG recalculations). Campaign-level changes are now tracked, including:

  • Keywords
    • Addition or removal of positive keywords at the ad group level
    • Addition or removal of negative keywords at the ad group level
    • Addition or removal of negative keywords at the campaign level
  • Campaign Location (Add, Remove,  Radius, Unit Type — miles/km)
    • Addition, Removal, Update radius and change type of target locations
    • Addition and removal of excluded locations
  • Ads management (Add Ad, Remove Ad, Update Ad, Pause Ad, Move Ad)

Note: All the above history logs are visible to all user roles.

These logs are accessible under the History tab in campaign-level reporting, update in real time, and are visible immediately upon change. Besides the Change Type, you can see a description of the change, object ID, User, date and time, and URL.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

History logs for keyword changes will be available for campaigns created or active from April onwards. Changes made prior to this feature’s launch will not be retroactively logged.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from March 30, 2026 in the Leadzai UI. No activation required.

2. Localized language like Swiss Standard German for AI Content Generation 🇨🇭

Available: March 2, 2026  |  Partner Setting / Advertiser & Campaign Level

1. What is this and who is it for?

This update adds the ability to have localized languages, like French Canadian or Swiss Standard German as a content language option for AI-generated ad copy.

It allows partners managing examples like Swiss-market advertisers who need locally appropriate ad texts, headlines, and keywords that follow Swiss German conventions rather than standard German.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

The platform will adapt the selected language to the targeted area so the localized content can be taken into consideration. When selected, all auto-generated content — including headlines, ad copy, and keywords — will follow localized spelling and conventions.

This extends the existing set of 15+ supported campaign content languages. The content language on advertiser level determines the language for all generated ads and keywords under that advertiser.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

No impact on existing campaigns. Localized content will be used on auto-generation combining the desired language with the location - on new setups or new Ad Groups or Ads.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from March 2, 2026. Selectable in the content language dropdown at advertiser and campaign level. No partner-level activation needed.

3. Reporting Enhancements

1. Meta Ad Previews in Report Downloads

2. Total Conversions & Leads now visible

Available: March 10, 2026  |  Analytics: Campaign & Partner Level Reporting

1. What is this and who is it for?

There are two updates for Reporting. 1. Meta Ad Previews in Report Downloads, 2. Total Conversions & Leads now visible. These improvements are for service & sales teams, who use campaign-level and partner-level reporting to assess ad performance, share results with clients, and make optimization decisions.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

  1. Meta Ad Previews in Report Downloads

When downloading a campaign report as PDF, Meta ad creatives are now included as visual previews if the ad ranks in the Top 5 Performing Ads. This helps partners share more compelling, visual performance reports with their clients.

  1. Total Conversions & Leads Now Visible

Total Conversions and Leads are now surfaced as standard metrics in campaign-level reporting, both in the UI and in the downloadable reports.  Previously, the metrics were only visible in the UI. They appear alongside Impressions, Clicks, CTR, and Total Cost by default.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

No impact on existing campaign setups. Existing reports will automatically display the new data points where available. Conversion metrics require conversion tracking to be installed on the client’s website (via the GTM code toggle in campaign setup).

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from March 10, 2026. All three improvements are enabled by default in the Leadzai UI — no activation or configuration required. Also available via REST APIs.

4. Location-Aware Keyword Generation

Available: March 2, 2026  |  Campaign Level — Ad Groups & Keywords Step

1. What is this and who is it for?

This improvement is for service teams creating campaigns in the unified multi-channel campaign creation flow. During the Ad Groups & Keywords step, AI-generated keywords now factor in the campaign’s target location, producing more locally relevant keyword suggestions.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

When generating content automatically in the Ad Groups & Keywords step, the system now uses the location targeting defined in the Locations step to inform keyword generation. For example, a plumber targeting Munich will now see keywords that include location-relevant terms rather than generic service keywords.

The content generation process remains the same — the system scans the client’s website, identifies relevant services/products, and now additionally cross-references the target locations.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

Existing keyword sets on live campaigns remain unchanged. The improvement applies only to newly generated keywords during campaign creation or when content is regenerated. Previously generated keywords are not retroactively modified.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from March 2, 2026 in the campaign creation flow. This location-aware keyword generation is also applicable when using the REST API endpoints to generate campaign content.

5. Unified Domain Handling Across Ads & Campaigns

Available: March 30, 2026  |  Advertiser / Campaign Level

1. What is this and who is it for?

This fix is for service teams and account managers who previously experienced ads failing to go live or conversion tracking breaking due to domain mismatches between ad-level and campaign-level settings. It resolves a known inconsistency in how domains were managed across levels.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

Domains are now automatically synchronized between ad and campaign level. The platform enforces consistency so that the website domain defined at campaign level is carried through to all ads underneath it.

Previously, it was possible for the ad-level domain to differ from the campaign-level domain. This mismatch could cause ads to be rejected by the network or for conversion tracking (installed via the GTM code) to fail because the tracking domain did not match the ad’s landing page domain.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

Existing campaigns with domain inconsistencies will be aligned automatically. Action recommended: If you have campaigns that were flagged for domain issues in the past, review their status after April 1 to confirm resolution.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Available from March 30, 2026. The fix applies automatically across all advertiser and campaign levels. No manual action required.

6. Product Localization: Sweden 🇸🇪

1. Support for Swedish content generation

2. Support for SEK currency

Available: March 23, 2026  |  Platform

1. What is this and who is it for?

This update is for partners operating in the Swedish market. It introduces two localization improvements: Swedish as a supported content generation language for AI-generated ad copy, and SEK (Swedish Krona) as a supported currency for budget and reporting. Together these allow Swedish-market advertisers to be set up fully in their local language and currency.

2. What changed, where will users see it and how does it work?

Swedish Content Generation

Swedish is now available as a content language option in the content language dropdown at advertiser and campaign level. When selected, all AI-generated ad content — headlines, ad copy, and keywords — will be generated in Swedish. This extends the existing set of 15+ supported campaign content languages. We have had a Swedish native check and improve the content quality to match local standards.

SEK Currency Support

SEK (Swedish Krona) is now available as a currency option for advertisers. Budget setup, cost metrics, and reporting for Swedish-market advertisers can now be managed and displayed in SEK rather than requiring a manual conversion from another currency. The currency can be set on top partner level by your dedicated Partner Manager and it will be displayed in the platform and in our sales tool, the Budget Estimator.

3. How does this impact existing campaigns or setups?

Changes apply only when specifically selected.

4. How do users get access and where is it available?

Partner level activation required. Available in UI and via API.
