In addition to image scraping and platform UX improvements, this month's release introduces conversion details, which will help you provide proof-of-value to your customers.

We're excited to present to you the latest roundup of product improvements at Leadzai!

Leads: Detailed Conversion Tracking

  • When conversion tracking is installed, we now store details about WebForms submissions and intents (clicks) on Emails, Phone Calls and WhatsApp for you to prove value to your customers.
  • These details are available in-platform in the campaign dashboard under "Leads" and can be downloaded using the UI report download.

Meta: Continuous improvements

  • Meta Video Ads can now automatically generate a Thumbnail preview through the “Capture” function when a video is uploaded without a Thumbnail.

Campaign Content: Image selection improvements

  • Improved scraping of advertiser website images to improve campaign building experience.
  • Website images are now prioritized over third-party image providers, making it easy for you to capture the best images for the campaign.
  • More relevant images are selected and stored in a library at the advertiser level.

Platform UX: 

  • Campaign Status and Ad Status have been split to provide a clearer view of campaign health.
    • You can read more about the new statuses in this article on our Help site.
  • Meta Ads now have previews for WhatsApp.
  • Google PMax ads now have previews for Discover, Gmail, Search and Display.
  • Google PMax is now available on the reporting as a top ad type in the report download.

Rest API: Continuous Improvements

  • Updates to Advertisers endpoint
    • Now allows searching by external id.
    • Now returns details on how many campaigns exist for that advertiser, as well as how many campaigns were active in the last six months.
  • Conversion details endpoint added.
