What are Google Performance Max campaigns?
Performance Max (PMax) campaigns are fully automated, goal-based campaigns in Google Ads that allow advertisers to serve ads across all of Google’s channels from a single campaign using Google AI. These include:
- Google Search
- Youtube
- Google Display Network
- Google Discover
- Gmail
- Google Maps

How can I set up PMax campaigns in Leadzai?
With the initial launch of PMax, you will need to create PMax ads manually. You can do this by editing an existing campaign. Once you have opened an existing campaign, follow the below steps:
- Open the ad group you want to edit.
- Select “Add new ad.”
- Select “Manual creation.”

- Under “Networks” select “Google”
- Select “PMAX Asset Group ad”
- Fill out the required fields under “New Google Pmax Asset Group ad”

- Click “Save”
- The Pmax campaing will be visible within the Ad Group under "Ads."
